Returns

All items are checked prior to despatch. However, if merchandise is defective, it should be returned for a full replacement.

If for some reason, the same item cannot be supplied, the customer will be offered a refund or store credit. All costs associated with the replacement of the item (including postage) will be covered by Posh Totty.

Sizing or selection exchanges

Posh Totty do except exchanges on items returned due to sizing or selection issues, provided that they meet the following requirements;

  • Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of delivery
  • Merchandise must be in original condition, at the time of purchase, including product packaging, instructions and tags.
  • Original delivery charges will not be refunded.
  • Re-delivery of the exchanged item/s will be at the customer's expense.

    Please note that sale items cannot be exchanged, unless faulty, so please choose carefully.
